Terms of Service
Effective date: 30 September 2026.
1. Supplier and payment role. LightDecor is the supplier of the digital lighting and decor services described on this website. Whop provides checkout and payment-processing services and may act as merchant of record for payment settlement. Whop is not the supplier, designer, or licensor of the LightDecor plan.
2. Products and delivery. Room plan is a one-room digital lighting and decor direction. Room set covers up to four rooms. Studio is a recurring service that provides the access and deliverables shown on the pricing page for each paid billing period. Product descriptions, price, access period, delivery method, and renewal terms shown at checkout form part of these Terms.
3. Customer account and information. You must provide a valid email address and accurate room information. You are responsible for keeping your account password and order access code secure. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase in your jurisdiction.
4. Digital design guidance only. LightDecor plans are visual and decor guidance. They are not architectural, structural, electrical, engineering, safety, building-code, or permit advice. Any electrical installation or wiring must be performed by an appropriately qualified professional under local law.
5. Payment. Payment is processed through Whop. Whop may appear on your card or bank statement as the payment processor. LightDecor does not receive or store your full card number. Payment access may be suspended, reversed, or refunded where required by Whop, a payment network, applicable law, or a valid dispute.
6. Recurring Studio plan. If you select Studio, the price and billing interval displayed at checkout recur until cancellation. You can cancel future renewals through the available Whop account controls. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund an already-paid billing period except where required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.
7. Delivery and fulfillment. After a successful payment, you submit the room intake and optional photo. Your order may move through paid, intake, drafting, and delivered states. A delivery timestamp, studio note, and download history may be kept as fulfillment records.
8. License. A delivered LightDecor plan is licensed for the personal use of the purchaser and the rooms covered by the purchased plan. You may save and print the plan for your own use and share it with contractors helping with that room. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit the plan or site materials without permission.
9. Refunds and consumer rights. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. For EU, EEA, and UK consumers, digital-content withdrawal rights may be affected once immediate digital delivery begins after the required express consent and acknowledgment.
10. Support and product issues. For product access, delivery, content, cancellation, or refund requests, contact LightDecor at hello@lightdecor.online. For payment-layer issues such as duplicate or unrecognized charges, Whop may also provide payment support under its Buyer Terms.
11. Prohibited use. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, payment abuse, infringement, unauthorized resale, automated interference with the service, or to submit content you do not have the right to provide.
12. Availability and limitation. We aim to provide the purchased digital service as described, but online services may occasionally be unavailable. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LightDecor is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of design guidance. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version accepted with an order is recorded with that order where technically available.
14. Whop terms. Use of Whop checkout and payment services is also subject to the applicable Whop Terms of Service and Buyer Terms. Those are Whop terms, not LightDecor terms.
