LightDecor may store your email address, password hash, account profile, order details, intake answers, room photos you upload, support messages, delivery notes, consent record, IP address, browser information, and download activity where needed to operate and secure the service.

We use this information to create and secure your account, process and fulfill orders, prepare your room plan, provide support, maintain transaction and fulfillment evidence, prevent abuse, and meet legal or payment-provider requirements.

Whop processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. LightDecor does not receive or store your full card number. Our hosting provider and other technical service providers may process data on our behalf to operate the website.

Room photos are used to provide the requested room analysis and plan. Do not upload images you do not have permission to use or images containing sensitive information that is not needed for the service.

We retain order and fulfillment records for as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, and legal obligations. You may contact hello@lightdecor.online to request access, correction, or deletion subject to records we must retain.
